Reporting to the Vice President, Resources and Industry, this director leads the Minerals and Metals segment across North America. The mandate combines strategic vision, client development, multidisciplinary services, and performance accountability. It covers mining, metallurgy, industrial processes, rail, port infrastructure, and related transportation and handling activities. Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the segment development strategy Identify priority markets, strategic clients,



and growth opportunities Strengthen relationships with mining and industrial clients Oversee opportunities from target identification through deal closing Monitor segment growth, profitability, revenue, and performance goals Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience Business development and strategic client relationship experience Understanding of North American minerals and metals markets French and English bilingualism is a significant asset Shape Norda Stelo's North American growth through strategic leadership, client relationships, prospect development, and multidisciplinary expertise.
