Estimate civil construction projects in Edmonton using detailed quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and practical production understanding. This is a full time permanent position. Park Paving Ltd. seeks an experienced Civil Construction Estimator for municipal infrastructure, roadways, earthworks, site development, asphalt, concrete, underground, and surface works. The position supports commercial, industrial, and land development projects. You will collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams throughout project pursuit and turnover. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents Develop labour, equipment, material,



and production assumptions Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Identify risks, scope gaps, and constructability issues Requirements:
