Lead global Internal Audit for Sun Life’s Asset Management businesses, using risk-based assurance and strategic judgment across North America and Asia. As Vice-President, you will report to the Senior Vice-President and Chief Auditor while serving on Global Audit’s leadership team. You will shape audit strategy for a business managing more than $900 billion in assets. The mandate combines governance, risk management, regulatory, technology, data and AI expertise with executive influence and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Set the global Asset Management audit strategy and risk-based Audit Plan Provide assurance and challenge on governance,



risks and internal controls Advise senior executives and the Audit Committee on significant risks Lead geographically diverse teams across North America and Asia Advance technology, data, analytics and AI across Internal Audit Requirements:

Significant leadership experience in Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance Substantial experience supporting Asset Management businesses Deep understanding of Asset Management risks, controls and regulation Experience leading geographically diverse teams and developing talent University degree or equivalent qualified experience; relevant designations valued Shape forward-looking assurance for Sun Life Asset Management through executive influence, global leadership and technology-enabled audit innovation.
