This primarily in office role supports safety, service, productivity, quality, labour, and cost. The Dufresne Group seeks an experienced General Manager, Distribution Centre Operations for its GTA Distribution Centre. You will lead Distribution, Transportation, and Repair teams while coordinating inbound, warehousing, outbound, final-mile transportation, and repair activities. The role requires senior operational leadership, budget accountability, and continuous improvement experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead site performance across distribution, transportation, and repair Set priorities, review results, resolve issues,
