The Head of Futures will create an inspiring programme for students with diverse aspirations. You will provide careers advice, support post-16 decisions, and coordinate Careers Related Learning. The role connects students with university taster days, work experience, and apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities:

Careers Leader Qualification or willingness to study at QCF Level six or seven Experience supporting students across the full eleven to eighteen range Secure knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidance Experience organising careers programmes, analysis, monitoring, and evaluation Experience guiding students and developing external networks Bring careers leadership, informed guidance, and partnership-building expertise to Stamford School’s Futures programme for students aged 11 to 18.
