Drive operational excellence for BDC Advisory Services through strategic execution, reporting insights, and coordinated regional initiatives in a hybrid work model. As Regional Advisor, Operational Excellence, you will support Advisory Services leadership by translating national strategies into regional execution. The role connects national strategy teams with regional leaders, strengthening consistency and execution discipline. You will manage roadmaps, monitor performance, support targeting, and coordinate training and communications. Key Responsibilities:
Lead approved Advisory Services strategies and initiatives across the West Manage regional roadmaps using sound project management practices Produce reporting and translate indicators into actionable recommendations Coordinate training, onboarding, webinars,
and regional updates Consolidate improvement opportunities and support solution implementation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Three to five years’ project management experience Experience reporting insights and collaborating with stakeholders Solid analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint Apply strategic execution, analytical insight, and disciplined coordination to strengthen BDC Advisory Services across the West.
