This temporary full time Senior Manager oversees real estate, land acquisition, and land management functions. The position maintains a 15 to 20-year outlook, develops property portfolios, and advises senior leadership and Council. It also strengthens frameworks for acquisition, disposition, leasing, conveyancing, and rights-of-way. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in real estate or related discipline Significant experience in acquisition, development, and property management AACI or R.I.
