Drive Citi’s executive talent strategy through succession governance, board-level communication, and data-driven leadership pipeline decisions. In this Head of Talent Planning position, you will broker and deliver global strategy alongside the Head of Talent Strategy. You will consult with the CHRO, Head of Talent Management and Engagement, and senior leaders. The agenda covers succession transparency, talent policy controls, and executive bench strength. Key Responsibilities:

Set and communicate global talent strategy with senior partners Define priorities supporting business needs and leadership accountability Ensure globally consistent talent content, alignment, and delivery Design Board presentations on talent trends and CEO succession Assess risk and escalate control issues transparently Requirements:

15+ years of Talent Management or HR Advisory experience At least 8 years of managerial experience Transparent and concise written and verbal communication Ability to synthesize workforce data into executive narratives Self-motivated and detail oriented Bring executive talent strategy, board communication, succession governance, and sound ethical judgment to Citi’s global leadership agenda.
