Build agentic products in person at Jetson’s Kitchener office, using AI tooling and product management to automate customer operations workflows. As Product Manager on Agentic Products, you will learn operations across System Design, Customer Success, Project Coordination, and Resolution. You will define autonomous workflows, agent handoffs, evaluations, and structured knowledge surfaces. The product aims to compress post-sale work from 30-plus days to under three.
Key Responsibilities
Embed with operations teams and learn their work deeply Specify autonomous agents, workflows, handoffs, and completion criteria Convert operator corrections into durable evaluations or skills Maintain structured market rules for rebates, permits,
and utilities Generalize reusable capabilities into Jetson’s agentic platform
Requirements:
Five-plus years of product management experience Shipped agentic or LLM-powered features Prototype with Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or similar tools Understand latency, cost, reliability, evaluation, and graceful failure Communicate clearly and scope projects toward adoption Lead AI-native product development at Jetson by connecting operational workflows, agent reliability, and scalable autonomous customer operations.
