Full-time CA$25.00–CA$30.00 hourly You are passionate about working with individuals of all ages, specifically in our children and youth population You have strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team including other Spark team members or community professionals You have at least 6 months working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or providing ABA therapy You are able to provide one‑to‑one intervention in the home or community Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification Smartphone with a data plan Bachelor’s Degree or currently enrolled in a University program related to Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or Early Childhood Development Assets: Bilingual in French and English Administrative support: While you focus on what you do best, you will have a full administrative team to assist in supporting paperwork, billing and other demands, so you can concentrate on client care. Adaptable caseload and schedule: As an independent contractor, you'll have flexibility, autonomy to build up your own caseload around your schedule and timeline.
