Permanent Our client, a private family residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Housekeeper to maintain their residence to a high standard of cleanliness, order, and presentation. This position is particularly well suited to someone who values discretion, understands professional boundaries, and is comfortable working independently in a busy private household where the principals frequently work from home. Housekeeping and Household Maintenance Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common living areas. Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and household linens. Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day. Assist with occasional deep cleaning and seasonal household organization. Household Support and Organization Monitor household supplies and communicate replenishment needs. Adapt housekeeping routines to the family's daily activities, schedules, and preferences.



Previous professional housekeeping experience in a high-end private residence or comparable high-standard environment. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative without constant supervision. Good knowledge of household cleaning practices, laundry care, and the proper handling of household furnishings and surfaces. Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle for occasional work-related errands. Permanent, live-out position in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Primary workplace is a large private residence. Occasional local errands requiring use of a personal vehicle, with reimbursement of work-related driving expenses.
