Lead enterprise software products at SOTI using technical product management, APIs, and system architecture in Mississauga’s hybrid headquarters model. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product line life cycles from strategic planning through adoption. You will understand customer problems, define outcomes, and prioritize impact. The work requires close collaboration with engineering, scrum teams, UX Design, Sales, Support, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, delivery, launch, and adoption Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and API contracts Assess APIs, data flows, integrations, and architectural scalability Track Android, Apple, Windows, and Linux platform shifts Support customers, sales opportunities, demonstrations,



and executive briefings

Requirements:

At least four years’ enterprise software or SaaS product management experience Technical foundation in APIs, data, and system architecture Working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Azure, AWS, and integrations Understanding of authentication, certificates, encryption, SSO, SAML, and OAuth Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Bring technical product leadership, agile delivery, and enterprise software expertise to SOTI’s mobile and IoT solutions.
