Supervise industrial maintenance teams at Aquatera, coordinating contractors, facility projects, and work orders while maintaining mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This Maintenance Supervisor leads daily maintenance delivery for treatment plant facilities. You will coordinate preventive, corrective, routine, and on-demand work while ensuring activities meet internal processes, best practices, and applicable requirements. The position also supports documentation, training, meetings, and operational safety goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance team activities and contractor performance Oversee maintenance records and approval documentation Review drawings, reports, and contract specifications Recommend maintenance additions, deletions,



and project timing Participate in training, meetings, and toolbox talks

Requirements:

Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate maintenance employees Ability to maintain and repair facility systems Journeyman certification is preferred Robust communication and client-service orientation High environmental, health, and safety mindset Apply your industrial maintenance supervision, systems troubleshooting, and contractor coordination experience within Aquatera treatment facilities.
