Roy Foss is looking for a friendly, organized andpeople-focused People & Culture Specialist to help create a excellent employeeexperience across our dealerships. As part of the People & Culture team, you will supportday-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, includingonboarding and offboarding, employee records, leave and return-to-workdocumentation, benefits and compensation updates, recruitment administration,training coordination, engagement activities, health and safety, compliancefollow-up and general employee support. Help coordinatetraining, certifications, health and safety administration, employee engagementsurveys, recognition events, newsletters, town halls and Roy’s Club activities. Provideadministrative support for recruitment, including postings, interviewcoordination, candidate communication,



background/reference check tracking andoffer-letter support. Support employeesand managers with day-to-day questions, documentation requests, follow-up,process guidance and ad hoc People & Culture projects. Experience in HR,administration or a people support role. Comfort workingwith systems, reports and Microsoft Office. Employee team building and social events. Learning and development programs for all teammembers.
