We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM to support enterprise PLM implementation, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Skills Required:
• Strong experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE PLM and ENOVIA.
• Knowledge of CATIA / SolidWorks and DELMIA.
• Experience with PLM implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Solid understanding of EBOM, MBOM, and BOM management.
• Business requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design.
• PLM integrations, data modelling, and Power BI integration.
• SIT/UAT, functional testing, defect management, and Azure DevOps.
• Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management. Additional Expectations:
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments.
• Train-the-trainer and end-user adoption experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
