$55,000–$78,000/year, depending on experience and skill, plus performance-based incentives Who We Are Tier 1 Clicks is a marketing agency built for HVAC and home service contractors. We don't sell vanity metrics. We run paid ads (Meta, Google, LSA, YouTube), answer every lead with our in-house call center, and book qualified estimates straight into our clients' CRMs. Contractors hire us for one reason: more booked appointments and more revenue. Our team of 30+ is fully remote, fast-moving, and judged on results. The Role You'll own a book of contractor clients and be their go-to person at Tier 1 Clicks. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: keep clients informed, keep campaigns on track, catch problems before the client does, and make sure every account is getting the results they signed up for. This is not a "check in once a month" role. You'll be reading performance data, translating it into plain-English updates a busy contractor can act on, and driving our internal ads, call center, and systems teams to fix what needs fixing. If you like owning outcomes and being the person clients trust, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do
• Be the main point of contact for your clients — the person they call, text, and email when they have a question or a concern.
• Run regular performance reviews with clients: what's working, what isn't, and what we're doing about it.
• Track cost per appointment, booking rate, and ROI across your accounts, and flag underperformance early.
• Coordinate with our media buyers, appointment setters, and integration team to keep campaigns executing on time.
• Handle client issues fast and completely. No dropped balls,



no "I'll get back to you" that never comes.
• Lead new clients through onboarding so they're set up right from day one.
• Spot opportunities to expand services when it's the right fit for the client.
• Keep clean notes and reporting so every account is transparent and every promise is tracked.
• Stay sharp on digital marketing and the home services industry so your advice carries weight. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally at a marketing agency.
• You can read a campaign report and explain it to a contractor in 60 seconds without jargon.
• Solid written and verbal communication. You're comfortable delivering good news and bad news.
• Organized enough to juggle 15–25 accounts without losing track of details.
• A problem-solver who takes ownership instead of passing the buck.
• Comfortable with digital marketing tools, analytics, and reporting. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRMs like ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro is a plus.
• Home services or contractor industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Self-driven and reliable in a remote environment. What You Get
