Our proprietary STRATIS platform puts AI to work across planning, insight, and reporting, helping our teams move faster and make sharper decisions for clients. The role We're looking for a Senior Client leader to own a portfolio of agency accounts and grow them. You'll be the person clients trust to connect strategy, creative, media, and operations into one coordinated team. You're calm under pressure, structured in how you work, and focused on client outcomes, not just status updates. You bring strong media fundamentals, sharp commercial judgment, and the confidence to defend a recommendation with data. You are inspired by the speed that new technologies are bringing results forward and enabling better planning decisions.

What you'll do
• Lead a group of client accounts day to day, owning delivery, client satisfaction, and account growth.
• Provide day to day executional excellence with the ability to resolve complex client issues with clarity and speed.
• Translate client business goals into clear communication objectives, KPIs, and media briefs for the planning team.
• Spot growth opportunities inside accounts and take them from idea to activation.
• Oversee the development of integrated media strategies and plans across traditional and digital channels, from audience insight through channel mix and budget allocation.
• Review and approve media plans, flowcharts, and recommendations before they go to clients, making sure they are strategically sound and accurately aligned with briefs




• Partner with buying and activation teams so plans are executed as approved, on time and on budget.
• Oversee campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis that tells a story: results, ROI, learnings, and recommended optimizations.
• Manage client budgets, billing, and scopes of work, working with Finance on budgets, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Lead and support new business pitches and renewals as a senior sponsor.

• Develop PUSH’s AI capabilities across clients through our proprietary STRATIS platform. What you bring
• 7-10 years in a client leadership position at the agency level with a solid working knowledge of traditional and digital media channels.
• A track record of retaining, growing, and running profitable accounts, including forecasting and scope management.
• Experience with oversight for media strategies and plans that deliver against business outcomes, including channel mix and budget allocation decisions.
• A solid grasp of media math, audience research, and measurement, including reach and frequency, CPMs, attribution, and performance KPIs.
• Experience organizing cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, and operations to deliver on client outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and confidence managing conflict and escalations.
• Hands-on new business
