Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience Strong SAP production/application support experience SAP system administration and troubleshooting SAP NetWeaver administration SAP HANA administration/support knowledge System monitoring and performance troubleshooting SAP system refresh/copy Kernel and support package upgrades Transport and background-job administration Incident| Problem and Change Management experience Experience supporting DEV/QAS/PRD environments Robust analytical| troubleshooting and communication skills
