• Technical Program & Product Management Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate AI Security and cybersecurity research initiatives. The role involves managing projects from research and prototyping through POCs, technical evaluations, benchmarking, and enterprise implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI Security, Agentic AI, and cybersecurity research programs.
• Drive development and evaluation of AI security harnesses, prototypes, and POCs.
• Coordinate technical teams across security research,



engineering, architecture, and product.
• Manage cybersecurity product evaluations, vendor assessments, and technical due diligence.
• Establish program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and delivery plans.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI red teaming, application security, blockchain, and PQC.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management.
• Robust understanding of AI/LLMs, cybersecurity, software engineering, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with technical POCs, product evaluations, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CSSLP, or CISM are an advantage.
