• Business process and current-state analysis
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
• Requirements, dependency and gap documentation
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and application stakeholders.
• Capture current processes, application capabilities, requirements and pain points.
• Document dependencies, gaps, assumptions and open questions.
• Ensure business requirements are reflected in the target-state roadmap.
