About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Middleware Platform Architect to lead the design, implementation, automation, and operationalization of enterprise middleware and platform environments for a global financial institution. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Linux administration, Kubernetes/OpenShift, infrastructure automation, observability, and production readiness. Must-Have

Skills:
• Strong Linux Administration experience
• Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Infrastructure Automation (Terraform / Ansible)
• Monitoring and Observability
• Production Readiness and Support
• Scripting (Shell / Python)
• Mission-Critical Production Environment Support
• Security and Resiliency Principles Nice to Have:
• RDF / RDF Triple Store
• Graph Database Technologies
• Financial Services / Banking experience
• Cloud Platform Exposure





Key Responsibilities
• Lead middleware and platform architecture initiatives.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation.
• Drive monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
• Develop production runbooks and disaster recovery procedures.
• Lead production readiness reviews and go-live activities.
