With a strong presence in major retail channels, we are fast approaching our 4 millionth product sold milestone Role Overview At Blu Element, the Product Manager is the driving force behind our hardware and accessory roadmap. While our Product Lead shapes the portfolio vision and high-level strategy, you will be the dynamic engine that brings those big ideas to life

You will own the end-to-end development loop, collaborating closely with our manufacturing partners in Asia to ensure our protective and power lineups are flawlessly market-ready the exact moment a recent Apple, Samsung, or Google flagship is unveiled. If you thrive on the adrenaline of a perfectly timed launch and the deep satisfaction of building high-quality, profitable hardware, this is your playground. Reports directly to the Product Lead. What You'll Own Hardware Development & Sourcing
• Run the development loop from sourcing and quoting to technical sample testing for protective cases, screen protectors, and power accessories.
• Manage direct relationships with manufacturing partners (ODM/OEM) in China and Vietnam. Because of the 12-hour time difference, you will need to be comfortable using agile communication methods like chat to collaborate with our overseas partners, ensuring projects keep moving swiftly outside standard email cycles.

• Orchestrate high-volume annual product launches, flawlessly timing market-ready releases with major flagship device announcements.
• Coordinate with Operations on production planning, inbound timing, and inventory so product launches never outrun supply. Lifecycle & Commercial Execution

• Manage the lifecycle of every product, including EOL strategy, markdowns, write-downs, and phase-outs for legacy items.
• Direct the execution of high-impact White Label initiatives, overseeing product naming, feature sets, and packaging design. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
• Act as the technical bridge for our internal sales and distribution teams, presenting product value propositions and specs, while occasionally supporting direct pitches to major retail accounts.
• Partner with the online team to drive digital performance on Amazon and B2C channels by planning and delivering the necessary product assets
- including A+ content, imagery, and SEO specifications
