Job details From $65,000 a year Permanent, Full time Ottawa, ON Vacancy disclosure: This is an existing vacancy. We are an established organization looking for a seasoned and hard-working Maintenance Director with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:
• Complete day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect building systems, equipment, grounds, and pool; address issues promptly.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Keep supplies stocked and maintenance records organized.
• Communicate clearly with staff and management about repairs and priorities.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed.

Qualifications:
• At least three years of building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job well.
• Ability to work independently,



as well as collaboratively.
• Valuable communication skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating contractors is an asset. To apply:
