About ACIAGA ACIAGA is a Canadian software development and staff augmentation company. We build custom software and AI solutions, and add experienced engineers to client teams in Canada, the US, Europe and the Middle East. The role We're looking for independent partners who already know companies that need software built, AI put to work, or more engineering capacity. You'd be paid for turning those relationships into projects. This is an independent, commission-only partnership, not employment. There's no base salary, no fixed hours and no quota. You run your own pipeline, and we run the technical side and delivery. Where we are looking Fully remote. Partners with networks in Canada and the US are our priority, and we also welcome partners covering Europe and the Middle East. How it works
• You find the chance. You identify a company with a real software development, AI or staff augmentation need.
• You make the introduction. You qualify the need and set up a meeting with the decision-maker and our team.
• We take it from there. Our team runs the technical meetings, scopes and prices the work, and signs the client.
• You get paid when we get paid. You earn 20% of every client invoice payment we receive for that account. What you earn
• 20% commission on every invoice payment we collect from clients you bring in, calculated on invoiced fees before sales tax

• No cap on earnings. Staff augmentation engagements are billed monthly, so one placement can pay you every month it runs.

• Have real relationships with founders, CTOs, product leaders, IT managers or procurement teams
• Have sold software services, IT consulting or technical staffing before
• Understand technology well enough to tell a real project from a vague idea
• Work independently and keep your own pipeline moving

• A technical team that handles discovery, solution design and proposals, so you can focus on relationships
• Delivery across web, mobile, cloud and AI projects, from first build to ongoing support
• Staff augmentation with vetted engineers who join client teams quickly
