IT Support Technician

Overview We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role involves providing hands-on and remote support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software across various platforms, and contributing to the execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Duties and

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to Cavanagh users both on-site & remotely
• Set up and maintain Laptops/Desktops in a primarily Microsoft Environment & a mixed environment of IOS and Android Smartphones & Tablets
• Assist in the maintenance of Network Equipment
• Maintain IT & Asset Documentation
• Participate in the Planning and execution of new IT initiatives

Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of Experience working in an IT support role
• Solid problem solving, planning and time management skills




• Valid driver’s license and own form of transportation to get to and from work
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Passion to work in a fast paced, growing and dynamic organization
