• Minimum CSIA or CASI Instructor Level 1 Certification or equivalent.
• Must have valid Canadian Work Visa / Permit.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Team player, work with and support a small group of instructors. Job Responsibilities
• Teach group & private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages.
• Deliver excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Learn and follow all Winter Sports School Policies & Procedures.
• Additional duties may include: Snowshoe Tours, Fat Bike Tours and helping with Resort Special Events. Job Specifications
• Wage $23 to $33 per hour based on certification level & years of experience. Or as negotiated.
• Commissions paid on lesson sales, starting at 10% with incentives up to 20%.
• Must be certified by an accredited Snowsports governing body (Certified min. level 1).
