We're looking for a creative, social-obsessed human to join our team and help bring the magic happening inside our Toronto office to life online. Think behind-the-scenes moments, office culture, team personalities, trending TikToks, and content that makes people want to be part of our world. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-and-watch internship. We want someone who can grab a camera, take the lead, and CREATE. THE ROLE? Liberty Village, Toronto ⏰ 15 hours/week | 2 days in-office ? 3-month contract ? ASAP start ? Reporting directly to the CEO, alongside a small creative team

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Capture the people, personalities, and everyday magic inside the Upside Down office.
• Conceptualize, direct, film, produce, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
• Turn spontaneous office moments into content people actually want to watch.
• Stay ahead of trends, trending sounds, formats, and internet culture.
• Pitch fresh ideas that feel authentic to the Upside Down brand.
• Confidently direct team members on camera and bring creative concepts to life.
• Collaborate directly with our CEO and creative team to grow our social presence. YOU'RE PROBABLY A FIT IF...




• You're chronically online (professionally, of course).
• You understand Gen Z humour, internet culture, and what makes content hit.
• You have strong filming, editing, and content production skills.
• You're comfortable using CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, and other creative tools.
• You have a natural creative eye and know how to make everyday moments interesting.
• You're confident directing people and aren't afraid to take creative initiative.
• You're proactive, independent, and full of ideas.
• You bring great energy and genuinely love being around people. Bonus points if you've already been creating content for yourself, a brand, or just for fun. Show us what you've made WHY UPSIDE DOWN?
