Role Description The Business Development Executive – Sales , SAAS and B2B is a contract, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Nugget.ai’s SaaS talent management solutions in B2B markets. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying and nurturing opportunities, conducting product demos, and building relationships with decision-makers across AI and business leadership functions. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Business Development Executive collaborates with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, refine go-to-market strategies, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to account management. Qualifications




• 1-5 years of robust new business development and lead generation skills, with proven experience in SaaS, Enterprise AI products, and B2B environments.
• Business and account management capabilities to grow and retain client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, including persuasive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with measurable sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
