Job Overview KOMBI is experiencing exciting national and international growth opportunities. To support this expansion, we are seeking a Jr Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, at the best possible rates, and with full compliance. This role requires a well-organized and proactive professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment, values teamwork, and contributes to the efficiency of the Production Department. Key Objectives
• Update all vessel bookings and internal files.
• Request and manage all shipping documents with forwarders.
• Create and maintain internal files for Production Coordinators.
• Communicate daily with Production Coordinators, Customer Service team, and overseas vendors.
• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments
• Ensure compliance with delivery timelines set by the Production Director.
• Manage 3PL Warehouse and related orders
• Coordinate bookings for Drop Shipments for International Distributor Partners

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Shipping
• Validate bookings for Canada Import shipments.
• Open and manage shipment files in ERP
• Maintain accurate HTS/HS codes in ERP for customs compliance.




• Prepare and send all customs documentation.
• Approve and submit freight and duty/brokerage invoices for payment.
• Conduct monthly freight and customs rate comparisons for cost efficiency.
• Negotiating for best rates when applicable
• Manage duty drawback claims and track special customs claims.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in system for 3PL Warehouse
• Ensure Drop Shipments are closely monitored and report updates to Distributors. Qualifications & Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
