Position: Senior Oracle Sales Cloud Technical Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Oracle Sales Cloud Technical Consultant for a remote contract opportunity in Canada. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and deploying complex customizations, integrations, and extensions within the Oracle CX Cloud / Oracle Sales Cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Implementation & Customization: Design and configure Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales) workflows, Groovy scripts, Application Composer, Page Composer, and custom objects to meet unique business requirements.
• Integrations: Develop and maintain secure integrations between Oracle Sales Cloud and third-party enterprise applications (such as ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, and CRM systems) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and file-based data imports/exports.
• Data Management: Handle complex data migration strategies, data mapping, cleansing, and validation routines using Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or FBDI (File-Based Data Import).
• Security & Administration: Configure role-based security, privileges, user provisioning, and maintenance tasks within the Oracle Cloud environment.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug Groovy scripts and integrations, and implement best practices for optimal system performance.
• Documentation:



Create and maintain technical specifications, architecture diagrams, integration documentation, and deployment guides for technical and functional teams. Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle CX Sales implementations and support.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Application Composer, Page Composer, and Groovy Scripting for object-level validations and triggers.
• Robust experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other enterprise middleware for building bi-directional integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and web services architecture.
• Data Migration: Demonstrated success managing large-scale data migrations using FBDI, ADFdi, and SQL/PL-SQL where applicable.
• Security Framework: Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Security Console, role-based access control (RBAC), and data security policies.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Oracle CX Sales Cloud Certified Implementation Professional or Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Associate).
• Experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or Oracle ERP Cloud integrations.
