• Help transform and optimize financial processes
• Analyze existing processes and document best practices
• Identify efficiency opportunities and recommend continuous improvement solutions
• Help assess internal controls and financial risks
• Serve as an ambassador for finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Shared Services internal Project Management office
• Lead a variety of special projects and serve as the finance function’s subject matter expert (SME) for initiatives such as business acquisition integrations, system implementations, automation and AI
• Work with the IT, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Operations teams to coordinate, implement and deploy solutions

• CPA designation or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes as well as internal controls
• Experience in continuous improvement,
