Creator Division Manager Trisko Talent Management, New Division

About the Role
Trisko Talent Management is launching a new Creator Division, and we’re looking for a Creator Division Manager to lead it. This is a commission based, business-building role with flexible work hours. You’ll establish the division’s structure and strategy, manage an existing roster of approximately 400 clients, and grow that roster by actively scouting and signing new content creators and influencers. You’ll also be responsible for generating paid brand partnership opportunities for division talent. Working within Trisko’s already established talent management business, you’ll develop a commercially focused creator representation model that combines personalized talent management with strategic brand partnerships and integrated campaign execution. You’ll start with a substantial roster and the backing of an established agency, along with the freedom to shape how this new division operates and grows. We’re seeking a commercially minded leader to build, develop, and grow the Creator Division into a successful and profitable extension of Trisko Talent Management. Ideally this will be a hybrid position working alongside our fully operational office in Vancouver, BC. We are, however, open to a remote working arrangement for the right candidate and encourage applicants from across Canada to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and launch the Creator Division, including its structure, processes, and business strategy.
• Manage and develop the division’s existing roster, maximizing their commercial opportunities and long-term growth.
• Actively scout, recruit, and sign new content creators and influencers whose audiences, content, and commercial potential fit the Trisko brand.
• Drive sales by sourcing, pitching, and closing paid brand partnerships and commercial opportunities for division talent.
• Negotiate creator agreements and brand deals, including fees,



deliverables, usage rights, licensing, and exclusivity.
• Oversee campaign execution from brief to delivery, ensuring results for both talent and brand partners.
• Track division revenue, roster growth, and campaign performance, and report regularly to Trisko leadership. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate brings a combination of commercial instinct, relationship-building skill, an eye for emerging talent, and entrepreneurial drive. This would suit someone who's already generating strong revenue but wants more autonomy, better support and a bigger platform to grow. Required Experience and Attributes
• Experience in talent representation, influencer marketing, creator management, advertising, brand partnerships, or a related commercial field.
• Experience managing a large talent or client roster while maintaining strong individual relationships.
• A proven ability to spot and attract talent, with a strong sense of what makes a creator commercially viable.
• Demonstrated success developing business relationships and generating new revenue.
• Robust sales, pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of creator platforms, digital content, audience engagement, and the influencer marketing ecosystem.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment, including the ability to assess campaign economics.
• The ability to work independently and build a new business function with limited initial infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications
• An established network of brand marketers, advertising agencies, or public relations professionals.
• Existing relationships with content creators and digital talent.
• Experience negotiating talent agreements, licensing, usage rights, and exclusivity.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and reporting on commercial performance.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building something from the ground up.
