Exbots Labs builds AI products. We have two live products. Latebyrd (latebyrd.com) helps anyone start a faceless YouTube channel and earn on the side; tell it what you know and it writes and makes the videos. Latebyrd Qualified (pro.latebyrd.com) writes LinkedIn and social posts from what a professional actually knows, and posts them once they approve. We’re finding our first founding members for both. Term and pay: November to April 2027, 15 to 20 hours a week, remote. Paid, rate based on location and experience. The role You’ll be the first voice many people hear from Latebyrd. You’ll reach out to founders and consultants on LinkedIn, and to aspiring creators in the communities where they gather. You’ll book short demos for the founder, follow up with the people who say yes, and keep a simple record of who we contacted and what we learned.



You’ll also help run Latebyrd’s own social presence, using our own products. You’ll be a great fit if You enjoy talking to people and a “no thanks” doesn’t slow you down. You already use LinkedIn and YouTube and understand what makes content worth watching. You write clearly and warmly, and you follow through. Any program is welcome. What you’ll get Real startup experience finding first customers, mentorship from the founder, and results you can point to in interviews.
