We’re looking for an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join us as a Regional Clinical Manager. Whether you’ve built your career managing multiple locations, or you’re an RRT or RPSGT ready to take the next step into leadership, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll start by leading one clinic in the Edmonton region. As we open recent locations, the role grows with you into Regional Manager, overseeing multiple clinics. As an RRT or RPSGT certification, you’ll also stay close to patient care through sleep consultations and therapy support.

• Lead, coach and develop high-performing clinical teams
• Deliver outstanding patient experiences across multiple clinics
• Oversee operations, staffing, budgets and performance metrics
• Drive consistency, quality and a positive team culture
• Build strong relationships with patients, teams and referral partners
• Provide sleep consultations and support patients through diagnosis and therapy (RRT / RPSGT candidates) What We’re Looking For
• RRT / RPSGT certification with 3+ years of clinical experience in sleep or respiratory care in Canada
• Proven leadership experience, such as clinic management, senior clinician, mentoring or team lead roles
• A confident, energetic, people-first leadership style
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between clinics in the Edmonton region
• Availability to work all Saturdays, as it’s our busiest patient day and we need consistent weekend coverage
