About the Role
Chair Massage ToGo (CMT) is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team as Chair Massage Practitioners. No previous massage background or qualified massage experience is required. CMT provides online training and practical hands-on sessions to prepare successful applicants for service assignments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide chair massage services at corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and other scheduled events.
• Deliver professional chair massage services focusing on the neck, shoulders, back, and head.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful approach when interacting with clients.
• Follow CMT's service procedures, hygiene, and equipment sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and prepare the portable massage chair and service area.
• Maintain a clean and organized service environment.
• Represent CMT professionally at assigned events. Training, Equipment & Insurance CostsThe estimated overall initial investment is approximately CAD $700–$1,500, depending on individual training requirements, equipment selection, and insurance costs. Practitioners are responsible for covering these expenses. CMT may offer training discounts or adjustments to training arrangements at its discretion. Preferred Qualifications




• Background in physiotherapy assistance, health promotion, healthcare, kinesiology, or other health-related fields is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service or working with people is an asset.
• A massage or healthcare background is welcome but not required. Note: These qualifications are considered assets, not mandatory requirements. CMT provides the required online and practical training. Training & Preparation
• Complete CMT's online training course.
• Attend a minimum of two practical hands-on training sessions.
• Additional practical sessions may be required depending on individual progress and readiness.
• Complete the required preparation before accepting service assignments. CompensationCAD $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Payment applies only to confirmed service assignments and hours worked. No guaranteed hours or fixed weekly schedule. Work Arrangement
• Independent contractor arrangement (not an employee position).
• Flexible, project-based service opportunities.
• Assignments offered based on event schedules and business needs.
