Unlike pay-per-click platforms or unpredictable bidding systems, Broaddly places silent, full-color screen ads inside rideshare vehicles at fixed monthly rates that cannot be skipped or blocked. Broaddly is designed specifically for local, community-based businesses—such as medical/dental clinics, real estate agents, legal firms, and fitness studios—looking for steady brand exposure. Broaddly also supports the Metro Vancouver community by providing free screen placements for missing persons alerts, emergency notifications, and local non-profits. The Opportunity We are seeking self-motivated Independent B2B Sales Representatives / Agents across Metro Vancouver to introduce Broaddly’s in-vehicle ad network to local business owners. As an Independent Sales Expert, you operate entirely on your own terms as a contractor. You decide when, where, and how you prospect local clients, deliver sales presentations, and close advertising campaigns. • Key Activities
• Identify, prospect, and engage local business owners (e.g., clinics, real estate brokerages, fitness centers, local services) in Metro Vancouver.
• Conduct online or in-person presentations introducing Broaddly’s fixed-rate DOOH advertising packages.
• Secure subscription ad agreements and submit client details through Broaddly's CRM.
• Maintain ongoing relationship management with your client accounts to foster long-term campaign renewals and recurring residual earnings.

Experience:
Background in B2B sales development, lead generation, deal closing, or consultative selling (experience in advertising, media, SaaS, or local SMB sales is a strong asset).
• Solid Communication & Pitch Abilities: Confident in-person or virtual presentation skills to engage business owners effectively.
• Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Metro Vancouver business landscape.
• Self-Directed: Ability to work autonomously, manage your own sales pipeline, and thrive in an independent, commission-driven environment.
• Authorization to Work in Canada: Must be legally eligible to operate as an independent contractor in British Columbia, Canada.
• Compensation & Legal Structure
• This is an Independent Contractor (100% Commission) opportunity.
• Remuneration is strictly performance-based, paid via Interac e-Transfer on a monthly basis upon cleared client revenue.
• Independent Contractors are responsible for their own operating expenses, tools, and applicable tax reporting/remittances.
