We’re hiring: Chief of Staff Intern at Built Young (Part-time) About Built Young Built Young runs hands-on AI and startup programs for teens aged 12–18 across North America. In our AI Vibe Coding Lab, students build and launch real products like games, websites, and apps using AI tools. Our goal is for them to have built something real before they get to college. Visit us at builtyoung.org to learn more. We’re a small team in Toronto. This role works directly with the founder and sees every part of the business. What you’ll do
• Run and improve how we operate: Map our internal workflows (enrollment, scheduling, parent communication, content production), find the bottlenecks, and fix them, ideally by automating them with AI.
• Build AI tools: Design and build Claude skills, agents, and small tools, both for our team and for teens learning to build.
• AI Lab Teaching Assistant: Support live sessions and help students debug and ship their projects. This is how you’ll understand the product.
• Growth and social media: Help plan and run campaigns, capture student work, and make short-form content.
• Founder support: Project-manage priorities across programs, prepare for meetings, and handle whatever is most significant that week.



You might be a fit if you
• Are a current university student who thinks in systems and likes making things run better (CS, business, or anything else, as long as you have actually build things)
• Have built with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, n8n, or similar), and know how to automate processes using AI
• Communicate clearly, in writing and with teens
• Take ownership and don’t need to be chased
• Bonus: Mandarin, since many of our families speak it Details
• 4-5 hours/week, fully remote / preferably located in Toronto
• Paid: $20 per hr
• Start: mid-December
• Saturday availability required for AI Lab sessions
• Background check required, since you’ll be working with minors
