• Eligible to work in Canada and able to work on-site.
• 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt minimum — Black Belt preferred
• Proficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis and hypothesis testing applied in a manufacturing context
• Direct experience facilitating cross functional root cause working sessions with engineering and operations participants
• Working knowledge of SAP MRP — able to interpret ZC13 and ZP24 outputs independently
• Strong analytical skills — able to distinguish constraint from symptom in complex multi-plant workplace
