• Schedule: 30-44 hours a week
• Wage range: $20-28/h, depending on the candidate's experience What you’ll do:
• Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
• Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
• Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
• Oversee insurance claims, billing systems,



and follow up with insurance companies
• Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
• Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
• Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service What you’ll bring to the role:
