• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support the design, testing, and deployment of AI agents.
• Maintain and optimize existing AI agents and automations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into solutions.
• Track performance metrics and recommend enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs. What you bring
• Currently enrolled in a University or College program in Business, Operations Management, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or business analysis coursework is an asset.
• Interest in AI, automation,



and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn AI agent development tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment. Did you know?
