What You'll Do
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to help ensure the smooth running of our Summer School.
• Help ensure students feel welcomed, engaged and supported throughout their stay.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist students with their day-to-day queries and needs.
• Work closely with different departments and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help create a friendly, inclusive and positive environment for students and staff.
• Get involved in a variety of tasks, take initiative and support the team wherever needed. Who You Are:
• Outgoing, confident and enthusiastic, with a friendly personality.
• Organised and responsible, with the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
• A explicit communicator who enjoys meeting new people and working with different cultures.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with the confidence to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer-service oriented, with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Fluent in English (C1 level preferred).
• Legally eligible to work in Malta without requiring EF sponsorship. Internship Details:
• Duration: June – August 2027. (Duration can be discussed)
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship; however,



full board will be provided.
• Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided by EF.
• Eligibility: The internship must form part of your university programme.
• Future Opportunities: Many previous interns have gone on to secure full-time positions with EF, making this a great opportunity to gain experience and potentially start your career with us
