• Experience in home care, health care, business development, or similar
• RPN or RN preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of business management
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required What you will be doing:
• Leading the growth of a new home care franchise location
• Responsible for all day-to-day operations including scheduling, hiring, outreach, and partnership development
