Registered Practical Nurse expertise meets full-time float coverage at Spencer House in Orillia, Ontario. Support residents through assessment, communication, and skilled nursing care.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this permanent full-time position supports resident care within Sienna Senior Living. You will follow physician orders, resident care plans, established policies, and your RPN scope of practice. The work includes admissions, ongoing assessments, family communication, and staff guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to established policies and physician orders
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care using sound principles
- Create supportive resident environments through teamwork and communication




- Oversee care and communicate regularly with residents and families
- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
- Good judgment and ability to identify risks
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
