Own workstreams end to end.As an Associate, you will size opportunities, design operations, launch pilots, and scale what works across task types and markets. The work spans commercial pilots and international expansion opportunities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Strategy & Operations leadership while building durable processes for Dasher Tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Own workstreams from hypothesis and analysis through operational scalingPull data in SQL and model decisions in Excel or SheetsDefine KPIs and use AI tools to accelerate analysisPartner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadershipBuild playbooks,
SOPs, and durable operating processesRequirements:
One to three years in strategy and operations or related fieldsExperience owning projects from start to finishComfort pulling data with SQL and modeling in Excel or SheetsStructured, resourceful approach to ambiguous operational challengesHigh bar for operational quality and willingness to investigate detailsBring analytical judgment, SQL capability, and operational ownership to help DoorDash scale Dasher Tasks across its marketplace.
