Drive SkyCan's aerospace production from facility retrofit through full-rate manufacturing, using AS9100 quality systems and production-control expertise. Full time facility presence is required.This manufacturing leadership role spans production, quality, supply chain, finance, facilities, and sustainment. You will manage NPI, technology transfer, composite fabrication, CNC, final assembly, integration, and test. You will also build the multifunctional organization as production scales.Key Responsibilities:
Own master scheduling, MRP, work orders, and capacity reviewsManage sourcing, vendors, materials, warehousing, and contract manufacturersControl OEE, delivery, bottlenecks, yield, and unit costOperate AS9100 inspections, FAI, ATP, MRB,



and CAPAMaintain facility uptime, EHS, and controlled-goods storageRequirements:
