10+ years of progressive software engineering and delivery experience5+ years leading engineering teams or managersExpertise in architecture, APIs, integration, cloud, and CI/CDExperience with automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observabilityComputer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related degreeShape GTAA engineering strategy through secure development, technical leadership, lifecycle stewardship, and business-focused technology decisions.
