The work combines 3D modelling, detailed design, process improvement, and technical documentation. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support manufacturable, efficient products aligned with standards.Key Responsibilities:
Support office furniture products throughout the manufacturing cycleCreate custom hardware, installation drawings, CNC programs,
and templatesOptimize materials and refine product designs and processesDevelop SolidWorks models and support prototype fabricationProduce drawings, manuals, and specification sheetsRequirements:
Degree, diploma, or equivalent related engineering experienceFive-plus years in manufacturing engineering or processesThree-plus years using 2020 SolidWorks for 3D modellingExperience with complex drawings and custom manufacturingEligibility to work in CanadaBring SolidWorks, process improvement, and manufacturing expertise to BRC Group Inc.’s office furniture product development.
