They should understand workers’ compensation and workplace safety, including physical and psychological health and safety, and bring strategic thinking and an appreciation of board governance and fiduciary responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to contribute respectfully to a consensus-oriented board are essential. Candidates must reside in New Brunswick;
