Lead guest service and facility operations at Basin Glacial Waters within Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park, beginning November 2026.

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Wellness Operations Manager with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and health and safety procedures. You will oversee reception training, maintain accurate reports, and coordinate communication across departments. The position also supports a luxury guest experience throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain supplies inventory and complete monthly ordering
- Assist daily scheduling and payroll administration
- Ensure facility health and safety procedures
- Train reception staff on work-related tasks
- Maintain clean public areas, amenities, and locker rooms

Requirements:

- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Spa, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is an asset
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds and stand throughout shifts
