As a Financial Analyst – FP&A;, you will support an advisory finance team and partner across RCL. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating expense budgets and forecasts
- Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts
- Explain key financial variances to business partners
- Prepare reports, analyses, and financial summaries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Two to three years' finance, FP&A;, accounting, or analytical experience
- Interest in financial planning and analysis career development
- Knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
